Again, it takes around an hour to complete the exercise, but you have to do it four times a week for real results.

- The program is suitable for men and women alike of any age, but particularly for those who are over 40. It is designed to not just be quick and effective, but to also be 100% safe.
- The book also comes with a nutrition plan, which means you can become healthier overall, not just teaching you how to get back in shape.
What I Didn’t Like about Old School New Body
- The exercises are not very well described. A couple of additional photographs or video links would have been beneficial.
- The entire program is available in digital format only. This makes it hard to take notes, which is a typical “old school” practice of those who are over 40.
